Our main goal is the transformation of industrial enterprises with the help of the latest technologies and innovative approaches.| KEY TASKS: Conducting contractual work for the purchase of IT (information technology) services/NMA/TMC: - preparation of a draft contractual document (DD); - organization of agreement of the DD by the parties; - organization of signing of the DD by the parties; - organization of certification with a seal; - transfer of the DD to archive. Organization of the supply of services/NMA/TOMC - ensuring supplies in the required quantity, required quality and within the specified terms. Formation of orders in the system for making payments for services/NMA/TOMC. Formation of the register of payments for services/NMA/TOMC. Display in the accounting to the Enterprise system and providing the accounting service with revenue documents for services/NMA/TMC. Preparation of reports according to the line of work.| TINASH CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE: Understanding of the procurement process as a whole (P2P) and the supply process as a separate procurement stage. Experience in supply management. Knowledge of the main processes of managing and controlling contractual work. Experience with primary documentation, invoices, payment planning. Experience with digital documents and digital signatures. Confident work with Excel, Word. Literacy. Communicability. Developed analytical abilities. Initiative. Organization.
