Ranked in the TOP 20 on the London Stock Exchange, our relentless drive to outperform has trebled our revenue since 2000 and quadrupled our market cap.We announce vacant positionSupplyPlannerfor Hygiene unit (Finish, Vanish, AirWeek, Calgon) Key responsibilities:Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plansParticipate in monthly S&OP meetings with Sales and Marketing managersSupply lead for product availability at all distributionReviewing daily sales activity for assigned brands and adjust short term and long term production schedules to minimize risk of customer service issuesSuggest and implement improvements to our supply planning practices.Communication with supplier side on production plan update and production issuesCross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, regulatory, finance departments during S&OP meetings, NPD launches, etcTimely identification of supply issues and providing this information to Sales ManagersManage stock availability in line with business targets, minimising stock outs.Identifying and managing potential stock obsolescence to minimize stock write-offsWe expect:University degreein the field of supply chain, operations, economics or similarAt least 1,5 year of work experience in a comparable, relevant positionStrong mathematical and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of the supply chain processes including demand management, S&OP, production planning, capacity planning, material planning and procurementGood knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, SAP (will be an advantage)English - intermediate/ upper-intermediate levelEffective communication, interpersonal team involvement and organizational skills with effective ability to adjust to changeAbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities, manage complexityResult oriented, fast learner, flexible to changes, team playerWe propose:Official hiring + social packageAnnual performance bonusGetting X-functional and international experienceGetting quick various experience related to real business environmentImplementation of the initiatives
