Interstarch Ukraine is a manufacturer and supplier of starch products and ingredients for the food and non-food industry. testing of new products, evaluation of suppliers, conducting tender procedures and conducting negotiations. Conducting regular tenders for the purchase of logistics services (import of raw materials and export of finished products). Conducting tenders for the purchase of high-value services for production (including laboratory services). Coordination of contracts with suppliers and internal participants of the process, coordination of their signing. Participation in projects on automation of the procurement process: unification of the nomenclature, implementation of the end-to-end procurement process (P-to-P), configuration of forms. Maintenance of databases in 1C - suppliers, nomenclature, contracts. Our expectations regarding experience and skills: Work experience in the field of supply of packaging materials for production from 3 years; experience in the food industry will be an advantage. Proficiency in English (written) will be an advantage. Experience of participating in ERP implementation projects (1C, SAP) will be an advantage. Experience in 1C. High level of mastery of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VPR search, processing of large data sets). Skills of effective and productive negotiations; Working conditions: Official employment in the company, provision of all social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine; Medical insurance after passing the VT (3 months); The salary level is discussed. The format of the work is in the office. The work schedule is 8.00-17.00
