"Poltava Oil and Gas Company", a joint Ukrainian-British enterprise, established in 1994, the field of activity - search, exploration, extraction and processing of oil and gas, announces a competition for filling the vacancy "Supply Manager". The tasks of our future employee: Inspection, assembly and concluding agreements, including ZED; Communication with Suppliers; Management of electronic document management; Full support for the delivery of goods to the Buyer, including from abroad; Checking and submitting a package of documents regarding the delivery of goods; Planning monthly budgets. Our expectations from the candidate: Work experience of 2 years or more in the field of activity: procurement and material and technical support at enterprises in the production sector. Successful experience in conducting analytical work; Possession of the base of regulatory and legal acts regulating the field of material and technical support of the enterprise; Practical experience in training claims to suppliers for untimely or poor fulfillment of the terms of concluded contracts. Skills in using procurement analytical resources; PC ownership - experienced user, mastery of profile programs for this position (Excel, Word, Power Point), experience in ERP systems, practical experience in PROZORRO/SMARTTENDER; Ability to quickly process large volumes of information using advanced Excel functionality (work with summary tables, formulas, graphs); Fluency in the national language; English language proficiency, Upper Intermediate level.
