Main responsibilities:

< li> Procurement and supply of materials:

• Provision of the development laboratory with all necessary materials and components for the production of electronics and mechatronics.
• Market monitoring and search for new suppliers
1. Communication with suppliers and contractors:
   
   • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and contractors.
   • Conducting negotiations on terms of supply, product quality and delivery times.
2. Order management:
   
   • Control over the execution of orders from the moment of their initiation to completion.
   • Ensuring timely delivery and receipt of materials.
3. Interaction with accounting:
   
   • Preparation of necessary documentation for financial accounting.
   • Cooperation with accounting on payments and settlements with suppliers.
4. Supply for the production department:
   
   • Providing the production department with the necessary materials.
   • Coordination of interaction with contractors for the production process.

Candidate requirements:

1. Education and experience:
   
   • Higher education
   • Experience in procurement, supply or logistics, especially in the field of electronics or mechatronics.
2. Skills:
   
   • High level of communication and negotiation skills.
   • Analytical and decision-making skills.
   • Ability to work in a team and coordinate several processes at the same time.
3. Personal qualities:
   
   • Responsibility and attention to details.
   • High organization and ability to work independently.
