We are looking for a Supply Manager, to help us ensure uninterrupted work with the supply of equipment and materials for our projects.

What we will entrust you with:

• Processing requests for the purchase of equipment and materials for preparation and implementation of projects.
• Creation of purchase requests in the Procurement system.
• Coordination of requests from internal customers.
• Organization and control of payments to suppliers. Maintaining a complete document flow to support purchases.
• Ensuring timely delivery to warehouse or construction sites.
• Preparation of internal documents to control the movement of materials within projects.
• Interaction with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues (complaints, returns, tax invoices).
• Reflection of purchasing processes in SAP.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.
• Higher technical education.
• Sufficient command of office programs (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)and the SAP system - desirable.
• Ability to negotiate and effectively communicate with suppliers
• Experience with foreign economic activity (FET) and knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or above - will be an advantage.
