We are "Productech" - a Ukrainian team that manufactures in China and sells in America on Amazon, eBay, Walmart electronic brands of our own brands. Our product portfolio includes wireless headphones and speakers, air purifiers, body massagers, voice recorders, and accessories. We have been working successfully since 2015, the headquarters is in Miami, USA.

Cooperation with "Produсtech" gives Ukrainians the opportunity to earn money on the American market, despite the war. That is why we are inviting an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to our team to be able to continue growing together.

We expect that you, together with the team, will help the business achieve strategic goals, ensuring the quality of administrative work in the Supply Chain department.

Functional duties connections:

1. Organization and control of interaction with suppliers. Ensuring that suppliers fulfill contractual obligations:

  • coordinates and places orders with suppliers for the production of goods;
  • checks and ensures the availability of necessary certificates and other necessary documentation for of the company's products;
  • monitors and interacts with the supplier on issues of order production (provides data, monitors deadlines, agrees on disputed points, etc.);
  • monitors payment terms and conditions, conducts mutual settlements with suppliers;
  • monitors compliance with all terms of contracts with suppliers. Promptly reacts to non-fulfillment of conditions and takes effective actions to resolve discrepancies;
  • collects information and makes claims to suppliers (including regarding product quality). Conducts complaint activities with suppliers for the purpose of obtaining compensation for damages/unfulfilled obligations;
  • if necessary, provides support to logisticians and the financial department in communication with service providers.

2. Preparation of reports on inventory balances and movement:

  • weekly prepares reports: Inventory Update Report and Inventory Availability Report;
  • fills the Landed Cost tool (Orders, Allocation/Shipments, WH Transfer);
  • updates the Planning Tool (enters balances, transit, sales plan, updates conditions, makes an initial calculation of needs) ;
  • submits proposals for ordering and moving goods.

3. Maintenance of the supplier base:

  • fills and maintains the supplier base in an up-to-date state;
  • provides assistance in preparing for exhibitions and participates in gathering and summarizing information based on their results. 4. Information search:

    • on request finds information on Amazon Seller Central;
    • on request searches for suppliers/goods in China;
    • makes a price cut for goods in China and the USA upon request;
    • performs other management assignments.

    We expect you to have:

    • experience in purchasing with of China from 1 year (worked as a foreign trade manager/assistant foreign trade manager, procurement manager);
    • negotiation skills and concluding contracts with Chinese partners from 1 year;
    • knowledge of Incoterms 2020, basictheir fundamentals of international trade organization (currency payments, document flow, international logistics);
    • confident user of Excel/Google Sheets - functions and formulas (including VLOOKUP/VPR), PIVOT (pivot tables);
    • li>knowledge of English at level B2 (upper-intermediate) and higher;
    • knowledge of Chinese will be a great advantage;
    • technical literacy (experience working with electronics, accessories will be a plus);
    • high communication skills;
    • analytical thinking;
    • focus on the result.
