What Competencies do you need to have?

• Experience in a similar position - preferred FMCG industry.
• Very good knowledge of English and Spanish.
• Proven track record in overseeing production planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and deployment across multiple facilities.
• Proficient in utilizing ERP and APS systems for production scheduling.
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments characterized by multiple internal customers/business units within a multi-facility company.
• Previous experience in leadership roles with responsibilities for managing direct reports is preferred.
