PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe role of KFC Ukraine Supply Chain Manager covers the common responsibilities of all Ukraine Franchisees on managing Supply Chain.Success will be measured through the set-up of robust, competitive, and uninterrupted supply (food and packaging, distribution), covering both local and international supply in a fast-growing path.It is both a strategic and operational role that involves: Support of cost reduction and/or containment through tenders and negotiations with all suppliers, and logistic operations (forecasts, orders, and management of the distributor) for KFC UkraineAlignment of the operational goals & KPIs (annual) for assessment of existing supply capacity and building suppliers' and distribution development strategy of the respective markets.Suppliers' management, control over suppliers' commitments fulfillment (volumes, prices, general terms) for all categories and international sourcing.Supplier development (quality, capacity, efficiency & optimization) of all categories.Spend Smarter leadership and Category Management for KFC Ukraine.KEY SUPPLIER CONTACTSKey vendors are chicken suppliers, produce supplier and distributors, but the role covers all direct, local and international vendors of Food, packaging, chemicals, uniforms etc.JOB FUNCTIONSupply Chain management of KFC UkraineSet up a Supply Chain Council for the alignment of Supply Chain Strategy and execution amongst the Franchisee partners.Annual establishment and day-to-day implementation of the sourcing and supplier strategy. Category Management: risk management, supply security & stability, cost & efficiency improvement.Adaptation of the Supply contracts to the local requirements and legislation, insuring Global SC Protocol requirements. Ensuring compliance with the Global SCM Protocols (CA, TDAA, COC and other relevant as specified by KFC CEE) for all locally managed suppliers/categories.Arrangement & leadership of regular Business Reviews with the suppliers of A&B category.Manage relationship with the Distributors: optimize the Distribution Network, tender, negotiations, alignment of terms & conditions, measure performance, improvement capability, ensure the adequacy of distribution funds.Maintain an uninterrupted supply by setting up a strong business continuity plan and by mitigating all associated risks. Manage Supplier base by negotiating pricing and logistics, follow their performance for continuous improvement. In collaboration with QA manager control supplier operational standards with emphasis on product quality and safety.Lead Spend Smarter program for KFC Ukraine by targeting a year-on-year margin improvement: Set up a cross-functional team and a steering committee to identify cost reduction opportunities and implement them without negatively impacting Operations and Quality.Support the NPD and Marketing team in identification of suppliers and development of new products and promotion.Build an operational forecast at supplier level based on ingredients forecast.Support S&OP to develop and to adapt suppliers' capacities or / and to adapt consensus-plan and promo-calendar vice versa.WORKING RELATIONSHIPSKFC Ukraine FranchiseesSuppliers DistributorsKFE CEE SCM function
