(Direct-Hire) Responsibilities:Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and supply chain logistics for optimal stock levels.Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, shipping time, and ROI.Utilize advanced Excel skills for inventory and forecasting models.Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for replenishment strategies.Maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth replenishment processes.Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to adjust inventory plans.Address issues affecting inventory availability or lead times.Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status and forecast accuracy.Enforce vendor compliance policies and practices.Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:Proven experience in replenishment or inventory management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and communication skills.Highly organized with attention to detail.Experience in the gift or novelty industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or related field.2+ years of replenishment or inventory management experience.
