Supply and procurement specialist in ACINO Ukrayina

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Place purchase orders and monitor readiness;
• Ensure supply document flow (contractual work with suppliers, negotiation of commercial terms of supply, supply support);
• Control and organize delivery of raw materials and materials to the enterprise warehouse (interaction with logistics and warehouse);
• Perform product price analysis, procured/alternative suppliers;
• Maintain and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers;
• Promotional work with suppliers.

You can apply for this role if you have:

• Higher education (foreign trade, logistics, economics);
• Knowledge of international rules of trade and transit of goods Incoterms, knowledge of customs legislation of Ukraine;
• Knowledge of the English language not lower than Intermediate;
• Skills in ERP systems (1C, SAP will be an advantage), MS Office; ;
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards will be an advantage;
• Negotiation skills;
• Communication, responsibility, analytical thinking, attention to details, ability to learn quickly.
