We are currently looking for a highly qualified specialist for the position of "Quality Manager of supplier services (Supplier quality manager)»Responsibilities: Participation and coordination of the creation of quality criteria by IQC to check the conformity of materials by conducting inspections, audits, conducting input control (based on internal needs and the needs of the end user); Coordination and creation of methods and procedures to ensure a process approach in the IQC division; Participate in the conclusion of contracts, including quality requirements and customer expectations, as well as conditions and requirements for guarantees, penalty policy; Coordination of remote inspections of materials, decision-making based on the results; Analysis of the occurrence of material defects according to the results of external inspections and IQI. Analysis of SCRAP and RTV indicators. Development of an action plan for improving results. Continuous improvement of methods of checking and adjusting methods of production, packaging, storage, transportation of materials aimed at reducing losses; Assessing the work of suppliers, stimulating their improvement. Development of an action plan to improve the quality of materials from key suppliers. Coordination of the SCAR process (supplier correction actions report); coordination and audits of suppliers, participation in the process of their approval or change. Team training, formation of a plan for the development of employee competences, implementation of the strategy for the development of the IQC direction.
