We are looking for a candidate who:

• He has a higher education, in the fields of - (bio) pharmaceutical, technical, medical, chemical and biological education
• Work experience - we consider without experience or from the 1st year.< /span>

What will you do?

• According to the results of qualifications, audits and signed agreements with suppliers, enter current data into the SAP system.
• Check the correctness of the name and address of the production site of companies and material in the system SAP.
• Perform a comparative analysis of databases in the SAP and EDMS system, enter relevant data into the directories.
• Analyze and prepare proposals for the improvement and development of the computerized SAP system.< /li>
• Maintain an up-to-date paper database for the processes of the department (printing, scanning, copying of documentation, systematization, storage, record-keeping and archiving) for the purpose of further uploading to the electronic system.
• Conduct contractual work (drafting of contracts and their translation, negotiation of contracts within the company and with suppliers, analysis of the fulfillment of obligations under concluded contracts, preparation of financial statements within the framework of contractual work, maintenance of the contractual archive). for the purpose of updating supplier documentation (production licenses, certificates, declarations regarding BSE/TSE, etc.).
• Prepare electronic reports of the department, form graphs, trends, tables on performance indicators.
• Prepare source information in preparation for external inspections, partner audits.
  

What is needed for this:

• Basic theoretical knowledge in the field of production, quality control, logistics, pharmaceutical development, registration, materials management, maintenance and metrological support, qualifications, andlidation and computerized systems.
• Basic knowledge of the requirements of GMP, GDP, ISO 9001
• Knowledge of the English language at Intermediate level (including specific pharmaceutical terminology).
