Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.The role:The Supplier Operations Analyst is a critical position within our Supplier Management Office, focusing on operational excellence and efficiency in managing our supplier interactions. This role is designed to ensure the seamless execution of purchase orders, meticulous review and processing of invoices, and effective administration of both external supplier systems and internal workflow tools.The Supplier Operations Analyst will help SoFi better manage vendors and the communication with internal teams by:Purchase Order Management: Initiate and manage purchase orders for suppliers, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.Invoice Processing: Review and verify invoices for accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and facilitate timely payments to maintain positive supplier relationships.Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting efforts, providing insights into supplier spend and identifying opportunities for cost savings.System Administration: Serve as a system administrator for various external supplier platforms, managing access controls, password updates, and user permissions to ensure data integrity and security.Internal Workflow Management: Act as a system administrator for internal supplier management tools, optimizing the platform to support efficient workflows and enhance user experience.Supplier Onboarding and Compliance: Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers, collaborating with procurement, legal, third-party risk, and information security teams to ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor supplier performance against established KPIs, contributing to the development and implementation of improvement strategies. Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders on supplier performance, spend analysis, and operational efficiency.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to identify and address operational challenges, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and compliance framework.What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.2+ years of experience in supplier operations, vendor management, ERP helpdesk, or a related operational role.Strong proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite) and experience with supplier management or procurement software.Demonstrated ability to manage and administer user access and permissions across multiple platforms.Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and report generation.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.Nice to have:Experience in financial services or a regulated industry, with an understanding of compliance requirements related to third-party risk management.Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.Compensation And BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below.
