Mission:

As a Supervisor, your mission is to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality service, adhering to standards, and driving growth through increased conversion and customer retention. We are in search of an experienced specialist who is passionate about improving teams and driving results.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Management and development support teams and overall coordination of service delivery performance, ensuring a high level of customer service;

-Working with key resellers to ensure overall satisfaction with support services;

-Create and maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;

-Support day-to-day operations and drive internal support projects and initiatives;

-Monitor team performance and report on metrics;

-Motivate team members;

-Discover training needs and provide coaching;

-Escalations management;

-Collaborate with other departments.

 

Key skills:

 

-Experience in customer care function - minimum 2 years;

-Experience as Supervisor/Customer Support Team Lead - minimum 1 year;

-Experience in Igaming sphere - minimum 1 year;

-Strong verbal and writing skills (B2 level) in English and Turkish;

-Understanding of customer support key performance indicators;

-Excellent communication and leadership skills;

-Organizational and time-management skills;

-Ability to work independently with limited direction and supervision;

-Experience teaching, coaching, or training others;

-Positive attitude to work and working tasks.
