In connection with the expansion of the Foundation's activities, we are looking for anew colleague the team includes a supervisor for holding sessions for social work specialists within the scope of the project "Ensuring the right of every child to be raised in a family environment by strengthening policies of social protection of families and developing family forms of upbringing in Lviv region" with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund - UNICEF. Duration of the project: February 2026 - September 2026 Format of supervision: online Format of cooperation: on the basis of a contract for the provision of services (FOP, group 3).

Wishes to candidatesata/ky

  • Full higher education (master's degree / specialist) in the field of social work, social pedagogy, psychology, law or public administration;
  • Experience in conducting supervision for at least 2 years (confirmed by training, certification or practice);
  • At least 5 years of practical experience work in the field of social work and/or protection of children's rights;
  • Experience of working with complex cases of children in difficult life circumstances, children deprived of parental care, development of family forms of upbringing, prevention of secondary orphanhood and preservation of children in biological families;
  • Experience of interaction with children's services, social service centers, educational and medical institutions;
  • Understanding the principles of case management and models and approaches to supervision;
  • Knowledge of deinstitutionalization processes, development of family forms of upbringing and ethical standards of social work;
  • Ability to analyze complex cases and form sound practical recommendations;
  • Skills of facilitating group processes and working with professional burnout specialists;
  • High level of communication skills, responsibility, compliance with the principles of confidentiality and professional ethics;
  • Additional training in the field of protection of children's rights, awareness of the minimum package of integrated social services and experience of participation in international technical assistance projects will be an advantage.

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Conducting regular online supervisions for social work specialists;
  • Analyzing complex cases and providing practical recommendations;
  • Supporting specialists in improving the quality of case management;
  • Promoting the prevention of professional burnout;
  • Providing expert recommendations on improving work with families;
  • Preparation short analytical conclusions based on the results of supervision (if needed within the project);
  • Compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality and principles of protection of children's rights.
