Red Cross Society of Ukraine — the largest humanitarian organization of Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most.
TCHU is thousands of people throughout Ukraine who make the world a better place every day.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support coaches, physical therapists, assistants and volunteers by assisting them in conducting informational and educational activities.
- Regularly travel to the regions where the team works to check the quality of work, give advice and feedback communication.
- As needed to organize training to improve the qualifications of specialists.
- Develop or help create training and informational materials.
- Get acquainted with training activities held in communities.
- Collect data on rehabilitation activities and prepare monthly reports.
- Cooperate with the coordinator of mobile rehabilitation teams regarding resources and reporting.
- Advise other employees or programs regarding interaction.
- Represent the Department in communication with partners and other organizations.
- Participate in the creation and evaluation of training programs for teams.
- Be ready for business trips around Ukraine.
General Responsibilities:
- Actively work to achieve the goals of the TCHU.
- Adhere to the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them.
- Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned immediate supervisor.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education (management, sociology).
- Additional training in training is desirable.
- Experience in conducting trainings and information events.
- Ability to work with educational materials.
- Good communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions quickly.
- Organization and attention to details.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent command of Ukrainian language.
- English - level B1 or higher.
- Ability to develop yourself and a team.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- Experience of cooperation with partners, local organizations is desirable.
- Creativity and the ability to find non-standard solutions.
