What to do:

• Find and build a team of sales managers;
• Conduct interviews and train new employees;
• Set tasks and monitor the implementation of sales plans;
• Help the team in attracting new users;
• Independently sell the product;
• Work with the contact base (calls, messages, meetings);

• Analyze results and prepare reports.
