We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Team Leader who wants to grow in sales and team management.

This role combines team building and own sales, so it will suit people who want to influence their income and grow quickly.

  What to do:

• Find and build a team of managers with sales;
• Conduct interviews and train new employees;
• Set tasks and monitor the implementation of sales plans;
• Assist the team in attracting new users;
• Independently sell the product;
• Work with the contact base (calls, messages, meetings);
• Motivate the team and develop their skills;
• Analyze results and prepare reporting.
