The main tasks of the position: Organization of the work of a team of full-time merchandisers (Kyiv and Cherkasy); Ensuring the display of products, advertising materials and equipment in the stores of the reporting territory, respectively to the rules and standards of the company; Control of marketing activities in stores; Conducting negotiations on the placement of products, advertising equipment, organization of DMP in the stores of the reporting territory; Field audit of Odesa, control of the work of merchandisers in Odesa, Mykolaiv; Control of the implementation of the work plan and achievement set goals; Ensuring timely submission of reports. Wishes for candidates: work experience in a similar position; knowledge of the basics of merchandising; effective negotiation skills; personnel management skills; having a personal car - a must; positive thinking, energy, strong leadership qualities and focus on results.
