We are looking for a Promo Manager who will be responsible for the development, launch and management of promotional tools, that will increase sales and the number of suppliers with sales, and will also provide a complete operational cycle of promotions - from planning to performance analytics.

What you will do:

• Form a calendar of promotional campaigns taking into account seasonality, marketing activities and business priorities.

• Coordinating the promotional plan with category teams and monitoring its implementation.

• Coordinating the preparation of banners and supporting promotional materials, monitoring deadlines.

• Ensuring the timely and high-quality launch of all promotional campaigns on the platform.

• Conducting post-analysis performance of promotions (GMV, conversion, ROI, uplift).

• Form recommendations to increase the effectiveness of subsequent campaigns.

• Synchronize the actions of sales, marketing, content and analytics teams within the limits of promotional processes.

• Ensure transparency, quality of communication and meeting deadlines.

• Initiate process improvements, automation and maintain a knowledge base of effective promo mechanics.

• Participate in launching promo projects, analyze revenue opportunities and implement new approaches.
