Supervisor for the development of the veterinary field in Suziria Group

We are currently looking for a Supervisor of the veterinary department to join the team - a person who deeply understands the veterinary market, knows how to build a department and systematically develop it together with the team.

Wishes for the candidate:

• experience in direction, product or team management;
• ability to build and systematize work processes;
• strategic thinking with readiness work with operational tasks;
• ability to quickly learn and understand a new field for yourself (experience in the veterinary field will be an advantage, but not mandatory);
• developed communication skills and the ability to work with a team and partners;
• having your own car (required).

• Direction development: strategy, product portfolio, finding growth points.

• Interaction with the veterinary community: doctors, expert image, training events.
• Marketing and regulatory affairs: promotion in the veterinary channel, control of compliance of products with legislation.
