Supervisor for IQOS brand in Adsapience

Advertising agency invites C supervisors for the team of IQOS Brand Consultants to cooperate with a tobacco company.

Main duties:

• selection and staffing, training, evaluation and motivation of personnel;
• reporting;
• accounting of project materials;
• visits "to the fields" — drawing up staff schedules, trips to cities, audits of staff work at retail outlets;
• providing and checking reports.

Requirements:

• availability of a car and the possibility of traveling to regional centers of the region (business trips to Bila Tserkva and Chernihiv);
