ROLE DESCRIPTION

The goal is to conduct supervisions for psychologists of the organization.

KEY DUTIES

• providing assistance to employees of the organization in determining goals and priorities in the work process;
• providing assistance in determining effective methods and means of providing psychosocial support to beneficiaries;
• developing the ability of employees to effectively solve problematic situations related to the performance of professional duties;
• prevention of professional burnout of the organization's employees;
• increasing employee motivation for professional growth.
• providing assistance to employees organization in managing one's own feelings and behavior in stressful situations;
• compliance with ethical requirements and supervision procedures;
• reporting on conducted supervisions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in the specialty "Psychology"
• Certified supervisor
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor
• Experience in online supervision
• Availability of FOP documents of the 3rd group
• Prior experience of working with NGOs or an understanding of the specifics of NGO work is desirable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent command of Ukrainian (written and spoken).

• —Assist in identifying effective methods and means of providing psychosocial support to beneficiaries;
• — developing the ability of employees to effectively solve problematic situations related to the performance of professional duties; preventing professional burnout of the organization's employees; increasing the motivation of employees for professional growth .
• —Assisting employees in managing their feelings and behavior in stressful situations;
• —compliance with ethicalrequirements and supervision procedures;
• — reporting on supervision activities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in the specialty «Psychology»
• Certified supervisor
• At least 1 — 2 years of experience as a supervisor
• Experience in conducting supervision in online format
• Availability of documents of the private entrepreneur of the 3rd group
• Previous experience with NGOs or understanding of the specifics of NGO work is desirable
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken).
