Responsibilities: Development of the sales department of a confectionery distributor in the assigned territory from 0; Formation of a sales team (selection, training, motivation, coordination and control); Development of the client base, negotiations; Ensuring the implementation of the sales plan and achieving the set goals; Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations with clients; Organizing and conducting trainings for sales representatives in order to improve their professional skills and increase work productivity; Conducting market and competitor analysis to develop an effective sales strategy; Work reporting sales representatives and the achievement of set goals.
