Students Coordinator Kyiv Mate academy is an EdTech startup with a technological, gamified, AIfriendly LMS platform, students study specialties in the IT field. Register, try it! Starting from 2022, we started our activities in Poland and continue our international expansion. Now we are looking for a cool Students Coordinator for our team. Required skills Ability to learn quickly; English at the Intermediate level; The systematicity of time management skills; Understanding the market and the IT sphere as a whole. Experience in team management/coordination will be a plus; The desire to understand how technologies work under the hood and the willingness to take our Basic courses (HTML/CSS, JS, SQL, UI/UXdesign, Python, etc.). Responsibilities Onboard new students, communicate and solve organizational problems that arise; To adjust the processes on the course of the team; Analyze student feedback in order to propose changes to the product; Recruit specialists to the team: conduct interviews and plan work processes; Create tables, charts and presentations for the team and users; Conduct lectures on people and project management, software skills; Work with Slack, a CRM system and task managers.
