For our client, we are looking for Strong Middle UI/UX Designer to join the team.

About you:
— Proven experience in UX/UI design within the cryptocurrency and trading sectors.
— Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and product managers.
— Ability to present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
— Demonstrates a proactive approach by providing multiple design solutions for each task.
— Engages in collaborative processes to refine and finalize designs.
— Ability to deeply understand project tasks and objectives beyond merely following ticket descriptions.
— Actively contributes to the project’s success by engaging with the broader goals.
— Welcomes and implements innovative ideas and improvements to enhance user experience and project outcomes.
— Brings new ideas to the table, continuously seeking ways to improve design and functionality.
-Capable of working independently while also being an effective team player.
— You can show portfolio with web and mobile products;
— English — upper-intermediate is a must — you will have a lot of communications.

Experience:
— 4+ years of web, and mobile design;
— Solid experience working with Figma (designing, prototyping);
— Experience with After Effects & Lottie;
— Constantly self-improving and learning new design techniques;
— Ability to manage more than one project at a time;
— Handle the end-to-end design from rough ideas and sketches to ready-foe-development design.

Responsibilities:
— Gather requirements & feedback directly from stakeholders and team members;
— Define business-driven simple and smart visual solutions based on UX/UI best practices (web, mobile);
— Present & advocate your vision and solutions to the team and stakeholders;
