Strong Middle/Senior UI Designer in Sigma Software

We love to take challenges and responsibility for the entire product design to deliver top-notch web, mobile, or even custom-tailored embedded interfaces using a wide variety of existing tools, techniques, and approaches with the addition of custom illustrations, 3D and motion graphics, AR/VR experience, etc.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Producing complex and advanced creative, non-trivial concepts/ideas for various domains, offering eye-catching, consistent solutions- Negotiating requirements, and business objectives of the project with the client/team- Understanding project goals and converting them into high-quality creative solutions- Strong ability to effectively communicate design positions and negotiate solutions- Timely project delivery within the deadlines, according to the task description and technical constraints- Ability to predict and communicate the risks proactively to meet the defined goals and timelines- Being a proactive part of a creative design team, sharing own ideas/experience for processes and approach improvementsREQUIREMENTS:UI mandatory:- Hands-on experience with gathering mood boards to nail down customer expectations- Ability to pick the right design approach suitable for the project’s requirements- Strong desire to deliver creative, non-trivial design solutions and try out new trendy things- Ability to demo and advocate design concepts and ideas to customers- Excellent knowledge of Figma, ability to properly structure files using variables, components, etc.- Source file preparation for development and final pre-production tweaks- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of EnglishWould be a plus:- Previous experience in creating design concepts paired with motion/3D designer- Hands-on experience with delivering user-friendly UX solutions, previous experience working with web3 projects; dashboard / mobile apps / other non-trivial functionality- Illustration and character design skillsPersonal profile:- Ability to present your works and argue your decisions- Ability to consistently produce creative, non-trivial concepts/ideas independently of other designers- Ability to work fast, think fast, respect and value your time and the time of others
