Purpose of the position : working with 2 cross-functional teams (teams include: front and back, QA, service designer) working on the same backlog. Privat 24 teams for business (loans, foreign economic activity). Web-Platform with 600,000 users. In 2023, it was recognized as the best web platform among 50 banks in Europe.

Main responsibilities:

• Product roadmap and backlog management
• Consolidation and prioritization of requirements from different sources
• Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams on functional alignment and prioritization
• Priority management and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, efficiency and product support
• Participate in the process of requirements definition, solution design, user story writing, development and testing
• Manage the stages from the product idea and planning to the development and release process.
• Analyze product performance and identify change needs
• Cross-functional interaction with design teams and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases li>
• Interaction with the business in the development of the correct positioning of the product
• Research of the market and user needs to identify new opportunities for product improvement

Main requirements:

• Higher education
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in the role of Product Owner in a Scrum environment
• Experience in the field of software development and product management
• Practical experience with such approaches as Lean startup, Agile development, Growth Hacking, Design Thinking, Innovation Management
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to manage the product throughout the development process
• Ability to effectively solve problems and determine priorities
• Working with teams of different maturity levels, building processes from scratch
• Critical thinking
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required to lead a team
• Would be an advantage: English (Upper-Intermediate B2 - Advanced)
