Strong Middle, Senior Product Owner in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Strong Middle/Senior Product Owner who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust, openness and initiative. Purpose of the position: work with 2 cross-functional teams (the teams include: front and back, QA, service designer) working on the same backlog. Privat 24 teams for business (loans, foreign economic activity). Web-Platform with 600,000 users. In 2023, it was recognized as the best web platform among 50 banks in Europe. Main responsibilities: Management of the roadmap and product backlog Consolidation and prioritization of requirements from various sources Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams on functional coordination and prioritization Management of priorities and compromises between customer experience , impact on business, effectiveness and support of the product Taking part in the process of defining requirements, designing solutions, writing user stories, development and testing Managing the stages from product idea and planning to the development and release process.
