About the team: IT RMO - development, development and implementation of new IT systems and products of the bank.
Main duties:
- Management IT projects, planning and coordination of work
- Participation in the development of IT project management methodology and tools
- Participation in the processes of monitoring the quality of the IT portfolio and achieving planned indicators
Basic requirements:
- Higher education
- 3+ years of work experience as a project manager
- Experience of successfully implementing projects in the IT industry
- Experience with IT project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
- Understanding the components of SDLC, PDLC, demand management
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall/Agile)
- Risk management and communication skills
- Skills for working with a Gantt chart and SR
- Developed communication skills and the ability to negotiate
- English (Upper-Intermediate - B2 — Advanced) +
