Strong Middle/Senior IT Business Analyst (IT PMO) in PrivatBank

About the team: IT RMO — direction — development, development and implementation of new IT systems and bank products.
 

Main responsibilities:

< li>Research and analysis of existing IT processes and internal customers in order to identify areas for optimization and improvement of project management processes
• Reduction of manual operations during the implementation of IT project activities (currently there is a project to implement jira in the bank)

• Providing clear and detailed process documentation, e.g., process flows, behavior and interaction diagrams based on UML BPMN 2.0 notation to create visualizations of the current and future state of processes
• Identifying gaps between current and target states of processes, development of a strategy to overcome these gaps
• Participation in planning and implementation of changes in business processes, ensuring consideration of the impact on people, technologies, organizational and functional structures of the Bank
• Definition and establishment key performance indicators for measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of optimized project management processes
   

Main requirements:

• Higher education ( IT/economics/finance/related fields)
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a large systems company
• Experience in banks/large IT product companies/enterprise large organizations
• Experience of successfully implementing IT projects
• Experience with IT project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
• Understanding the components of SDLC, PDLC, demand management.
• Knowledge and project management skills in jira confluence tools
• Skills of interaction and communication with stakeholders

• Analytical skills, communication skills and work capacity
