Strong Middle/Senior IT Business Analyst (IT PMO) in PrivatBank

About the team: IT RMO - direction - development, development and implementation of new IT systems and bank products.

Main responsibilities :

• Research and analysis of existing IT processes and internal customers in order to identify areas for optimization and improvement of project management processes
• Reduce manual operations during IT project activities
• Provide clear and detailed process documentation, e.g., process flows, behavior and interaction diagrams based on UML BPMN 2.0 notation to create visualizations of current and future process states
• Identification of gaps between current and target process states, development of a strategy to overcome these gaps
• Participation in planning and implementation of changes in business processes, ensuring consideration of the impact on people, technologies, organizational and functional structure of the Bank
• Definition and establishment of key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of optimized project management processes

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (IT/economics/finance/related fields)
• 3+ years of work experience as a business analyst in a large systems company
• Having experience in the successful implementation of projects in the field of IT
• Experience with IT project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
• Understanding the components of SDLC, PDLC, demand management.
• li>Knowledge and project management skills in jira confluence tools
• Interaction and communication skills with stakeholders
• Analytical skills, communication skills and work capacity
