Strong Middle/Senior Business Analyst in Sigma Software

We invite to our team a qualified business analyst with experience working on projects of various complexity and preferably with logistics experience.

The Business Analyst will play an important role in improving our operational efficiency and implementing strategic initiatives through effective business analysis and collaboration.

The client is a leading international logistics company specializing in the implementation of efficient supply chain solutions in various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, refine and prioritize business requirements in line with strategic objectives
• Work closely with product owners, development teams, QA engineers and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements in Agile software development cycles
• Conduct workshops and gathering meetings and identifying user feedback, acceptance criteria and backlog items
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
• Create detailed documentation including workflows, user stories and other data to effectively communicate requirements and design solutions Critically evaluate information gathered from different sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding, and differentiate user requests from real needs
• Give presentations to demonstrate work results
• Create guides for end users
• Support customers and team during UAT testing
• Successfully work on several projects/tasks at the same time
• Participate in the preparation of new tender proposals (technical and commercial proposals for new projects) and other company events such as interviews, certifications, seminars, etc.

  Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good level of German with strong skills written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and product management skills, including a deep understanding of how to interpret the client's business needs and transform them into functional and quality requirements
  • Proficiency in business tools and methodologies -analysis
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience managing user stories, sprints and backlogs
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile process management tools and documentation
  • Demonstrated success in achieving high results in a fast-paced global environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Goal orientation

  Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and quality requirements
  • Proficiency in businessanalysis tools and methodologies
