We are seeking a talented and experienced PHP Developer with a strong background in Symfony to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building robust and scalable web applications, and will be proficient in working with APIs. Experience with AWS and serverless architectures will be highly beneficial. This is a temporary position for 5 months with a promising possibility for prolongation, requiring 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

— Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Symfony.
— Design, implement, and manage RESTful APIs.
— Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
— Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
— Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
— Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
— Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
— Leverage AWS services to build and maintain scalable and efficient serverless applications.

Requirements:

— Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong focus on Symfony.
— Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
— Experience with API design and development.
— Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
— Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
— Understanding of front-end technologies and platforms.
— Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
— Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

— Experience with AWS, including but not limited to Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB.
— Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices.
— Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
— Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
— Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
