Strong Middle Business Analyst in Softengi

Description of the project and team:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience with Rest2Diameter integration. You will be responsible for requirements analysis, technical solution development, and ensuring effective integration between Rest and Diameter interfaces.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with system integration based on Rest and Diameter.
• Understanding of the core principles of Diameter protocols (DCCA, Ro/Rf, etc.) and their application.
• Knowledge of API management methodologies and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with XML, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, HTTPS, and integration platform tools.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with technical and business teams.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and process modeling (BPMN, UML).

Responsibilities:

• Identify, gather, and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with the system's technical capabilities.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, data models, and interfaces.
• Develop and support integrations between Rest and Diameter, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance.
• Work closely with development, testing, and architecture teams to implement solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new features and system changes.

• Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation for new and existing systems.
