Strong Junior UI/UX Designer in Incode Group

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who will work on various web and mobile projects.Requirements:- 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer in real and completed commercial projects (min 4). Up-to-date portfolio of UI/UX design: A diverse portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in relevant tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.- Understanding of UX Design, Design Thinking Methodology, JTBD and Human Centered Design, Mobile First Design;- Working knowledge of: Figma, AI, PS;- Ability to create user interviews, personas, user flow;- Understanding of UX and psychology of perception;- Knowledge of English Upper Intermediate В2.
