What exactly we are looking for in our ideal candidate: Experience: 2 years or more in graphic design and 1 year or more as a UI/UX designer. Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe XD, XMind, is an important criterion for us. Understanding the technical features of iOS / Android applications and web platforms will be an advantage. Understanding: We are looking for a designer who not only creates a beautiful look, but also understands marketing principles and user behavior. Your understanding of the psychology of users and their needs is the key to our success. Interests and skills: Ability to consciously work with color, fonts, volume and composition. Developed artistic taste, concept and design skills. Interest in trends in the world of design and willingness to improve your skills. Ability to learn quickly: we value your current experience, while we believe that each of us has something to learn, so we offer you a mentor who can help you in your endeavors. What you will do: Participate in the development of design concepts for our products, work with graphics, prototype and test design elements. Create email and visual content designsImplement design product solutions to improve digital products. Your work will be aimed at improving the product, ensuring the convenience and interest of users. You will actively participate in UX research and user behavior analysis to implement innovations and changes in the visual part of the product.• Working with the mentioned tools, you will create an effective visual design that will ensure the convenience and satisfaction of users.
