Strong Junior UI/UX Designer in OmiSoft

Where will your experience be needed?
Act as a client advocate throughout the process while being a great sparring partner to our developers.
— Discover opportunities to create satisfying and usable solutions. Participate in user research along the customer journey to discover pain points and needs of our clients.
— Design inspiring human-centered solutions. Bring concepts to life by iteratively creating prototypes at all levels of fidelity. Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and simplify the user journey.
— Deliver the best designs by shepherding them through to implementation. Provide excellent and clearly detailed documentation of designs to engineers.

The designer of our dream:
— At least 1 year of commercial experience
— English (upper-intermediate or higher level of English)
— Has own unique mix of design skills
— Has an outstanding portfolio with few interesting cases
— Is perfectly fluent with popular design tools (Figma, Photoshop / Illustrator, Sketch, etc.)
— Experience with tools for prototyping would be a plus (Invision, Principle)
— Communicates clearly and convincingly in English (sharing knowledge and insights, explaining design rationales, etc.
— Follows all design trends on Dribbble and Behance but can join a discussion about pros and cons of different design methodologies as well (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design Guidelines, etc.)

Nice to have:
— Understanding of the principles of HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
— Experience working with developers, production.
