So, weare looking for askilled UI/UX Designer tojoin our team.Responsibilities:Create high-quality web/mobile interfaces;Present your solutions toclients;Beapart ofprojects from concept tocompletion;Communicate directly with clients and project members abroad;Research and analysis ofthe best cases and patterns ofUI/UX design globally;Follow company values and policies;Create cases and shots for Behance and Dribbble.Required skills:Strong experience inthe design ofweb/mobile interfaces (forex.: dashboards, CMS, ERP, etc.);Strong portfolio (atleast 3projects);Good understanding ofUX (research, user flow, prototyping, analytics);Knowledge and use ofall Figma functionality: components, styles, variants, auto layout, etc;Ability tomaintain aholistic approach tovisual style through the whole project;Ability todevelop wireframe and prototype based visual styles;Good knowledge oftypography, excellent sense ofcolor, understanding ofcomposition;Ability tojustify design decisions taken;Ability tomeet deadlines isamust;English level atleast B1.Soft skills:The ability tolisten and understand the client’s explanation. Ifsome questions are not clear— discuss them withPM, and review video recordings;The ability tointeract with the Design Lead— todescribe the task, answer questions, listen torecommendations and apply them;Listen tothe advice ofthe designers ofthe studio.Weoffer:Spaceberry isaDiia City resident.
