We are currently looking for a motivated junior recruiter to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- The full cycle of the recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
- Actively searching for candidates using a variety of resources, including active sourcing and hunting.
- Providing timely feedback.
- Active participation in the implementation and optimization of the recruitment process.
- Close cooperation with the recruiting department.
- Communication with hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Experience as a recruiter for six months or more.
- Experience in searching and communicating with passive candidates.
- Experience is preferred closing vacancies in the affiliate marketing industry or other work experience in this field.
- Communication, initiative and independence in work.
- Ability to work in a team, as well as independently.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
