We are currently looking for Strong Junior People Partner in our strong HR team to support and improve processes. There is an opportunity to work with various businesses and help them create a positive climate in the team.

Experience working in miro, notion, people force, or with other tools.

Your duties will include:

• Guide new employees through all stages of onboarding;
• Conduct 1:1 with employees (on request);
• Support of the off-boarding system process;
• Formation of reports and feedback based on results;
• Administrative support of L&D activities;

• Working with HR tools and their improvement;
• Consulting managers of various teams.
