We are currently looking for Strong Junior People Partner in our strong HR team to support and improve processes. There is an opportunity to work with various businesses and help them create a positive climate in the team.
You are our ideal candidate if:

You have experience in a relevant position of 1.5 years or more;Held one-to-one, onboarding and offboarding meetings, created reports on meetings held;You speak English at the Upper-Intermediate level;Attentive, adhere to professional ethics and have a desire to understand processes.Will be a plus :
Experience working in miro, notion, people force, or with other tools.
Your duties will include:
- Guide new employees through all stages of onboarding;
- Conduct 1:1 with employees (on request);
- Support of the off-boarding system process;
- Formation of reports and feedback based on results;
- Administrative support of L&D activities;

- Working with HR tools and their improvement;
- Consulting managers of various teams.
