Project information: We invite Strong Junior / Middle Support Administrator to join our HelpDesk Team to expand and scale the project Main tasks: Support users with computers, printers and provided equipment (in the ticketing system, via chat and phone, etc.). Setup and maintenance of office equipment, mobile devices, repair of units if necessary. Monitor and basic troubleshooting of the network. Conducting regular inventory/recording of equipment. Conducting planned work on optimization of processes6. Basic configuration of network equipment (routers, switches) Important for us: Experience with Windows 10, Linux (Ubuntu), MacOS, Android/IOS devices; Experience with remote support tools; Good understanding of network protocols and services; Possess Slack, Active Directory , monitoring tools (Zabbix, etc.), Jira, SharePoint.
