Skills:
— 1,5+ years working experience in IT company as Project Manager;
— understanding of blockchain and crypto domain, terminology and environment;
— understanding software project management;
— have an understanding in managing of the fixed price and time-and-materials projects;
— knowledgeable of Agile methodology and frameworks, particularly, Scrum theory, rules, and practices;
— good spoken and written English (intermediate and higher);
— knowledge of fundamentals of software development processes and procedures;
— good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement and increasing transparency.

Responsibilities:
— leading and coordinating medium size teams;
— project planning and tasks prioritization;
— analyzing and validating estimates;
— creating and maintaining project documentation;
— managing client’s expectations, facilitating client’s communication;
— monitoring overall progress and use of resources;
— ensuring that the project is delivered on-time.
