Strong Junior/Middle 2D Motion Designer in Universe Group

We are looking for a structured, proactive and ambitious Motion Designer who will be responsible for creating video creatives for advertising the Wisey educational platform, thereby accelerating its growth and development. Wisey is a Universe Group business that creates an educational platform to improve the productivity of users around the world. More than 35 thousand users have already joined the platform, which contains 27 developed courses, each with unique content dedicated to combating procrastination, increasing productivity, concentration, memory development, logic, relationships, psychology and other topics. To develop both professionally and career-in the future, it is possible to grow to the position of team leader and/or tech leader of motion designers, and to be responsible for the mentoring of newbies and/or the work of freelance designers. Your future tasks: Creation of animated 2D videos. Installation of UGCreatives. Work with AI tools with pliers. Close interaction with creative marketers, participation in brainstorming ideas. Generating base variations for successful creatives. What you need to join now: Minimum of 1 year of experience creating animated 2D videos and video editing. Relevant works using animation that you can share. Practical experience of working with After Effects and basic graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator). Knowledge of tools and methods of working with videos for editing, combining and optimizing videos (for example, Adobe Premiere PRO). Basic skills of working with AI software (image generation, voice work, etc.). Skills of finding and selecting materials for infusions. The ability to analyze the results of our creatives, creatives of competitors and trends. Structuredness, initiative, openness, sociability, flexibility, willingness to work with feedback. The ability to effectively allocate your working time and stick to deadlines. The level of English from Intermediate is a plus.
