We are currently looking for a Manual QA to join the Promova team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure high quality mobile and web applications. Work on tasks in a core team.

Promova is a language learning platform that consists of a mobile app, a website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy a top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.

Your area of ​​influence:

• Active participation in the process of discussion and validation of ideas, analysis of business requirements, writing and support of test documentation;
• Manual testing of new functionality, timely detection of bugs and creation of relevant reports;
• Active participation in planning and product development processes;
• Constant communication with other team members.

For this you will need:

• From 1 year of commercial experience in testing;
• Experience in mobile application testing (iOS/Android);
• Experience in web testing (good knowledge of Chrome DevTools);
• Knowledge of client-server architecture, experience in API testing;
• Ability to analyze product requirements, identify potential problems and propose solutions;
• Knowledge of test design techniques;
• Knowledge of software testing approaches, types and methodologies;
• Experience in writing test documentation (test cases, check-lists);
• The ability to prioritize the errors found in accordance with business needs;
• Attention to detail and critical thinking;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Sniffers (Charles, Fiddler or ProxyMan);
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Experience with product analytics and AB testing;
