We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst — a talented professional who is ready to continue with us the development of a Ukrainian product that is used by tens of millions of people around the world.

• Analysis of business and product indicators in particular;
• Participation in the generation of ideas for improving the application and their testing (launching, analysis and reporting on product AB tests);
• Market and competitor analysis, ad hoc analytics for strategic decision-making;
• Operational tasks related to product design and development (working with user feedback, interacting with partners, etc.).

Our ideal candidate has:

• 6+ months of experience as an analyst, auditor, consultant (BIG4, consulting, FMCG ) or other positions related to data analysis;
• Analytical abilities, the ability to find cause and effect relationships;
• Confident command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate + level;
• Cool track record from current/previous places of work;
• Inner desire to quickly learn and grow professionally.
