We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst - a talented professional who is ready to continue with us the development of a Ukrainian product that is used by tens of millions of people around the world.

Your main tasks:

• Analysis of business indicators and of the product in particular;
• Participation in the generation of ideas to improve the application and their testing (launch, analysis and reporting on product AB tests);
• Analysis of the market and competitors, ad hoc analytics for adoption strategic decisions;
• Operational tasks related to product design and development (working with user feedback, interaction with partners, etc.).

Our ideal the candidate has:

• 6+ months of experience as an analyst, auditor, consultant (BIG4, consulting, FMCG) or other positions related to data analysis;
• Analytical abilities, the ability to find cause-and-effect relationships;
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level + ;
• Great track record from current/previous places of work;
• Intrinsic desire to quickly learn and grow professionally.
