Strategy analyst in KERNEL

About the role

We are looking for an analyst with strategic thinking and deep analytical skills who will work at the intersection of strategic analysis and business intelligence. The role involves participating in strategic initiatives, analyzing data to improve operational performance and supporting decision-making at the executive level.

Essential Responsibilities

• Analyze data for search patterns, find answers to business questions and condense analytics for decision making
• Create new and develop existing reports in Power BI, developing datasets and data flows in Fabric for your own needs as needed
• Develop models to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives
• Propose improvements to operational processes based on the analysis performed

Requirements

• Analytical thinking
• Experience in creating reports in Power BI or Tableau (minimum three completed projects)
• Comfort in processing data arrays in 1-20 million lines
