Strategic Research Consultant (MBA Project) in Noviy Standart

About the role

We need a specialist who will undertake the preparation of a strategic master's thesis: analysis, research, structure formation, writing the full text and preparing presentations for pre-defense and defense.
This is an individual project collaboration for a clearly defined period.

Who we are looking for

Specialist, who:

• has experience in business research, analytics, consulting or methodology;

• works strategically and systematically, understands business models, company development, economic and organizational logics;

• is able to transform large amounts of information into structured, analytical text;

• able to independently write high-level works complexities;

• willing to work directly with the CEO: specify details, agree on hypotheses, finalize content.

Format of cooperation

• Project for a fixed period — until the completion of the master’s thesis and accompanying materials.

• Remote format + regular synchronization.

• Flexible schedule with reference to intermediate results.

• Payment - hourly or fixed according to the project.

Main tasks

• Research of external and internal contexts, market, trends, industries.

• Formation of the structure of the Master's work and presentation logic.

• Development of key strategic blocks:
  — strategic idea
  — business development path
  — business model
  — organizational model
  — economic and investment logic
  — management conclusions

• Writing the full text of the work in its final form.

• Preparation of presentations for pre-defense and protection.

• Collaboration with the CEO — discussing concepts, clarifying information, agreeing on final versions.

Expectations from the candidate

• Experience in strategic analysis, consulting, business analytics or academic research.

• Strong analytical writing and structural skills thinking.

• Competent Ukrainian language.

• Ability to work independently and at a high pace.

• Responsibility, attention to details, systematic.
